TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. I OF 2016 By Rosebela Omukhabana Ondeko, of P.O. Box 50763-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate, of Jane Semo Ondeko, late of Emuhaya, Vihiga County ,who died on 24th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2016 By Peter Omondi Jonyo, of P.O. Box 257-40102, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jekonia Jonyo Odongo, who died at West Kadinga, on 18th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Kenya Gazette.
