TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.4 OF 2016 By Ndululu Munywoki Kioko, of P.O. Box 262-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munywoki Kioko Nzioka, late of Ktulani Sub- location, who died at Katulani, on 31st May, 2013. CAUSE NO; 5 OF 2016 By (1) Charles Nzioka Mbusya and (2) Dominic Mbusya Nzyoka, both of P.O. Box 312-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased's cousins, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutua Nzyoka, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
