NOTICE is given to all members of the' County Assembly and the public that pursuant to Standing Order 29 (1) and (2) of the County Assembly Standing Orders, the County Assembly shall hold a special sitting for the tabling of the County Budget Estimates. The Special Sitting of the County Assembly shall be held at the County Assembly Chamber P.C.E.A. Church Buildings, 01 Kalou, on Thursday, 5th May, 2016, at 10.00 am. Dated the 4th May, 2016. E. W.
