REVOCATION

PURSUANT to section 27 (as read with section 22) of the Physical Planning Act, notice is given that the above approved part development plan situate within Kiangombe Village, Thika, Kiambu County is recommended for revocation. The basis and grounds of revocation is as cited above. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the intended revocation of the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director, Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025-00100, Nairobi, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
