NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Danice Nyambura Kingori, Nairobi, owner of KBE 834G, Volks Wagen, dark blue, Chassis No. WVW2226N2, ID 044304, Engine No. AHW 320856 and KBQ 704C, Chassis No. 5100787, Engine No. 6221658, Year 2004, owner Jamleck Gitari Matiro, Cell 0722816783, lying in the premises of Autofine Limited, off Lunga Lunga Road Area, Nairobi to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication on this notice, upon payment of all storage charges failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice to the owner and proceeds there from will be utilized to defray the storage charges and any other incidental cost and any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by legal proceedings.
