WHEREAS Hiram Gacehe Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kabete/GikunilT.220 and Kabete/Nyathuna/268, containing 1.1 and 0.25 acre or thereabouts, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 3344 of 2003, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Kahiga Mwaura Gachihi and (2) Serah Njeri Muigai, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Hiram Gacehe Chege (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Hiram Gacehe Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. (No.3of2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENTS WHEREAS Joseph Mwema Kago (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kiambaa/Kanungal466 and Kiambaa/KanungaiT. 262, containing 0.312 hectare and 0.22 acre or thereabouts, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Githunguri in succession cause No. 245 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Francis KagoMwema and (2) John Kaman Kago, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Mwenia Kago (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Mwema Kago (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
