THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Susan Mabire Kahoya and (2) Thomas Kahoya Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 15811-00100; Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land known as Gakawa/Githima Block l/Burguretl273, 2409, 2410 and 2411, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the title deeds were acquired fraudulently, and whereas the registered proprietors have refused to surrender the said title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and revert to Charles Githae Gatahi, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to (1) Susan Mabire Kahoya and (2) Thomas Kahoya Mbugua; shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
