IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Land (Group Representatives) Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Land, Housing and Urban Development appoints- EUSTACE NJAGI KIThUMBI to be the Registrar of Group Representatives, with effect from the 12th January, 2016.
