REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Koigi Kamuiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.27 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Kanipi ya MotofMenengai Block 1/217, and whereas (i) Samuel Gichuru Koigi and (2) James Kamuiru Koigi, both of P.O. Box 126, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
