THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kennedy Odhiambo Kawala, of P.O. Box 99427— 80 107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1624 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision MN/I/5976, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 23901/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this land title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the charge has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
