NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE CAVEAT WHEREAS Nagib Mohammed Shamsan, holder of power of attorney registered as P/A 15480 on behalf of the registered proprietor, Siegfried Michael Hofstetter, of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 7006 (Original No. 4877/33), Situate within Section I Mainland North, registered as C.R. 20856/1, has applied for the removal of a caveat registered on 19/11/1997 by John R. Chatwin claiming Lessee's interest, and whereas the said cautioners physical/ postal address in not ascertainable from the registry records, notice is given that pursuant to section 73 (2) of the Land Registration Act (No. 3 of 2012), I shall proceed to remove the said caveat upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date thereof unless a written objection is received within that period.
