WHEREAS (1) Silas Tirop Keter and(2) Jonah Kiprotich Some, administrators of the estate of (1) Some arap Lagat and (2) Serser Chelulei, administrators of the estate of Chelule arap Kiptyony, of P.O. Box 3, Soy in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land comprising 510 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 9470/1, situate north west of Eldoret Municipality in Uasin Gishu District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 22046/1, and whereas the said administrators have lodged an instrument of discharge and partition in favour of the beneficiaries, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (6) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I. R. 22046/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge and partition.
