WHEREAS The City Council of Nairobi, of P.O. Box 30075— 00 100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36!VII/619, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, held under -a grant registered as I.R. 33892/1, and whereas the the City Council of Nairobi has prepared a lease in favour of Michael Gichuhi Ngari in respect of L.R. 36/VII/727, and whereas the said grant registered as I.R. 33892/I is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant under section 65 (I) (6) and proceed with registration of the said lease.
