TENDER

notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor Vehicles Reg. Nos. KBN 438K Volks Wagon station wagon; KAW 625M Toyota Corolla; KAD 688D Mercedes 300 SEL and KAT 057G Subaru lmprez.a, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at Concorde Motors Limited situated along Argwings Kodhek Road, Hurlingham, Nairobi, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental Costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
