TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2016 By Filgona Okinda Onunga, of P.O Box 397-40101, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate lathe estate of James Onunga Nyangwara alias Benson Onunga Nyangwara alias Onunga Nyangwara, who died at Kamayoga Sub- location, on 18th April, 2005. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2016 By (1) Dickens Guya Mbeche and (2) John Onyango Mbuya, both of P.O. Box II, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mbeche Oyundi, who died on 5th May, 1989. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2016 By Mark Onyango Osiro, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Owino Osiro, who died on 31St October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
