GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4758

WHEREAS Munyao Kasoka Nzuva, of Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land known as Kyangwithya/Tungutu/514 and 527, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kitui in civil Suit No. H.C./R.M. 19 of 2012, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Julius Mwanzia Munyao, and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Julius Mwanzia Munyan, and whereas all efforts made to - compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Julius Mwanzia Munyao, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Munyao Kasoka Nzuva, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
