NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the following motor vehicles deposited at Murang'a Motor Spares Limited at Thika Branch Yard; KBJ 866D, Toyota DYNA; KAU 941D, Nissan B14; KZC 521, Isuzu TXD 55; KAD 533X, Corolla Sprinter; KAD 367T, Volvo; KAQ 590; Nissan 1314; KAX 774T, Toyota Vitz. The following motor vehicles are lying at Murang'a yard; KBI-I 241V; Toyota Hilux; KAE 03813; 504 P/UP, Cabin Fuso S/H; KBL 374G, L-200. Depositors are required to •take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of repair costs and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them.
