WHEREAS John Nduati Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Waithaka/T. 20, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. H.C./R.M. 2787 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Stephen Kariuki Ndtiati and (2) Florence Njoki Duati, both of P.O. Box 21728, Nairobi, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dipense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in favour of (1) Stephen Kariuki Nduati and (2) Florence Njoki Duati, both of P.O.
