APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Chief Justice appoints the following as special magistrates to preside over cases involving corruption and economic crimes in the areas of jurisdiction of their current court stations and future stations deployed to from time to time with effect from 16th May, 2016.
