WHEREAS (1) Jimmy Kihara Njoroge Macharia (ID/428633), (2) Joseph Gitahi Irumbi (ID/042250), (3) Wilson Mama Mwangi (1D10438668) and (4) Benson Muchoki Mwangi (ID/0618458), all of P.O. Box 950, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.00500 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. RuirufKIU Block 2/3848, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been 'lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
