TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in; CAUSE No. 373 OF 2015 By Joyce Njeri Waweru, of P.O. Box 1058, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Waweru Mugi alias Waweru Mugi, who died at Mirira, on 19th January, 2013. CAUSE No. 550 OF 2015 By Salome Wangechi Njeru, of P.O. Box 589, Murang'a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Njeni, who died at Our Lady Hospice, Thigio, on 30th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and apearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
