TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court IS) CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By Mulinge Ndolo, of P.O. Box 77, Matuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwethya Ndolo alias Mwethya Mbole, who died at Masinga, on 23rd October, 1996. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2016 By Japhet Ndolo Kithua, of P.O. Box 23-90104, Mitaboni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithua Ndolo, who died at Mathunya, on 8th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
