TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 44 OF 2016 By Damar Auma Odongo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Odongo Olwande, who died on 29th September, 1992. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2016 By Ada Adhiambo Kola, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kola Oduong'o, who died on 8th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
