WHEREAS Wilberforce Wswa Wamalwa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership intest of that piece of land containing 0.02 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Bungoma, registered under title No. E. BukusulS.' KanduyiI34Ol, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to Sh)W that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given tiat after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
