WHEREAS Kaniki Karisa Kaniki (ID/3897 194), of P.O. Box 2, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi District, registered under title No. Gede/Mijimboni/l 251, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice, I shall reconstruct a green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
