REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cecilia Njeri Mathenge, of P.O. Box 362, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Thegenge/Karia/4279, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed of no effect.
