THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Nyaboke Chacha, (2) Penina Kerario Nyamohanga and (3) Maroa Gasete Marwa, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 23.0 hectares or thereabout, known as BukiraIBuhirimonono/369, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the said parcel of land has been subdivided, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Elizabeth Nyaboke Chacha, (2) Penina Kerano Nyamohanga and (3) Maroa Gasete Marwa cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Elizabeth Nyaboke Chacha, (2) Penina Kerario Nyamohanga and (3) Maroa Gasete Marwa, shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
