COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 24th May, 2016, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated in Kabarnet Town, Baringo Central Sub-County. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the office of Chief Officer, Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Kabarnet and County Physical Planning Office, Kabarnet. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of Chief Officer, Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Kbarnet and County Physical Planning Office, Kabarnet, between the hours of 8.00 am. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make asy representation in connection with or objection to the above-named pal development plan may send such representations or objections in writilg to be received by the Department of Lands,. Housing and Urban Devslopment or County Physical Planning Office, P.O. Box 53-30400, Kibarnet, within sixty (60) days from the date çf publication of thi - notice and such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made.
