WHEREAS Mungai Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabete/Karura/114, containing 1.4 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 106 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Robert Mungai Njuguna, and (2) David Njungo Mungai, and whereas the the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mungai Njuguna (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mungai Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZE I E NOTICE No. 4058 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kiplagat arap Biator, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 7.0 hectares or therabout, known as Nakuru/Olenguruone/Cheptuech/3, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakuru in civil case No. 70 of 2004, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to Esther Tala Chepyegon, and whereas all efforts made compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said court order and issue a land title deed to the said Esther Tala Chepyegon, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiplagat arap Biator, shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
