NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 501, in Volume DI, Folio 117/1321, File No. MMXVI, by our client, Nicholas Muthenya Muli (guardian) on behalf of Brian Nick Muli (minor), of 14, Summer Meadows Court, Londonderry BT, 47, 6SF, formerly known as Brian Nick Muthenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of-his former name Brian Nick Muthenya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brian Nick Muli, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Brian Nick Muli only.
