REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Church of God in East Africa Registered Trustees, of P.O. Box 86042, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.1238 hectare or thereabouts, known as No. 1802NI/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of 5th August, 2016 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2987 title registered as C.R. 10517, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
