TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 714 OF 2014 By Samson Matiko Mairaria, of P.O. Box 14, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matilco Mairaria Matiko, who died at Igena Sub-location, on 17th August, 2006. CAUSE No. 715 OF 2014 By Samson Kebabe Nyachwaya, of P.O Box 14, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyachwaya Keengwe alias Nyachwaya Kengwe, who died at - Igena Sub-location, on 19th October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
