TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2016 5th August, 2016 CAUSE No. 52 OF 2016 By (1) Bemta Nduku Mutuku, (2) Virginia Mulewa Mutuku and (3) Victor Mutua Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 56811-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphel Mutuku Mutua, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
