APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS Fred Sitati, Senior Co-operative Officer, Nairobi City County, P.O. Box 30202, Nairobi, was appointed to be liquidator of Kenya National Federation of Co-operatives Limited (CS/1068) (in liquidation) and whereas the said liquidator has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from 1st July, 2016, for another period not exceeding one year for the said liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
