TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 19oF2016 By Rose Heldah Anina, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Anina Anjeche alias Amina Anjeche, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kakamega in Kenya, in 1996 CAUSE No. 20 OF 2015 By (I) Veneranda Mwenesi Mugadili and (2) Mediatrix Midecha Rapando, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Mugadilu Magisu, who died at Sichilai in 2015. CAUSE No. 21 OF 2016 By Wellingtone Anduku Abuti, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Nasio Abuti, who died at Shikunga in 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days. from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
