TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2016 By (1) Christopher Mutua Kilonzo and (2) Paul Muindi Kilonzo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agelica John Kilonzo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 2011. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2016 By (I) Joseph Mutungi Kyengo, (2) Jackson Masila Kyengo and (3) Francisca Mbithe Mbuvi, the deceased's sons and dughter-m-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyengo Ndoi, who died at Kwale, on 17th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
