TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2016 By Nyange Kisingo Miaghe, of P.O. Box 60, Ng'ambwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastanzia Wakesho Kisingo, who died at Nyolo Sub-location, on 1st October, 2014. CAUSE No. 21 OF 2016 By Levae Mwashighadi Mwawasi, of P.O. Box 1253, Wundanyi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwawasi Mwakugu, who died at Shigharo, on 28th February, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
