REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Administrator of the estate of Shariff Abdalla bin Said Elbeidh, of P.O. Box 5601-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 157.0 acres or thereabout, known as No. 569, Mambrui, Situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 14591, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue -a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
