THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ereri Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 146-0026, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No 8622, situate in the west of Kijabe Township in Naivasha District, registered by virtue of a grant I.R. No. 10805, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
