REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salimu Juma Malimau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.40 hectares or thereabout, known as KwaleIKundutsi "A"/ 1116, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost and the complete succession process has taken place by succession cause No. 211 of 2016 and order dated 3rd October, 2016, vesting the estate of the deceased in the heir Sharif Salimu Malimau (ID/13419284), of P.O. Box Chief's Office, Waa in the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new title deed in the name of Sharif Salimu Malimau, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
