REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed bin Nassor bin Mohamed el-Nandi, as first trustee of Wakf, of P.O. Box 88448, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 2.31 acres or thereabout, known as No. MN/V/322, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
