WHEREAS Kagunda Kinuthia Peter (ID/3107497/66), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title Na Ruiru East/Block 1/244, and Whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (Green Card) of the said pieee of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (Green Card) have failed notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from 'the date hereof, Pixiiiided no valid objection his been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said &lash* land register shall be deeined obSolete and of no effect.
