WHEREAS Peter Nganga Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.344 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabete/Kibichiko/1505, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whercas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 67 of 20lS, has issued grant of letters of administration to John Njenga Nganga, and whereas the land title deed rssued earlier to the said Peter Nganga Chege (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thrty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received widrin that period, I intend to dispense wlth the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registtation of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such regisfiation the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Nganga Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
