TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 288 OF 2016 By Pamela Apiyo Otieno, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Odhiambo Osok, who died on 12th June, 1992. CAUSE No. 289 OF 2016 By (1) Pamela Apiyo Otieno and (2) Godffry Odhiambo Oguta, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oguta Osok, who died on 30th November, 2001. CAUSE No. 292 OF 2016 By Peter Otieno Omondi, of P.O. Box 592, Ulafu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fransis Ojwan'g Adem alais Ojuang Adero, who died at Ulafu Sub-location, on 10th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
