TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 614 of 2014 By (1) Moris Owuor Anyango and (2) Petro Odera Anyango, both of P.O. Box 50-40131, Paw-Auche in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odera Anyango, who died at Kasule, Kisumu, on 8th May 2003. CAUSE NO. 1129 OF 2014 By (1) Sela Ogam Ojwala and (2) Willis Ojwala Rombo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ojwalla Ngasi alias William Ojwang Ngasi, who died on 30th November, 1997. CAUSE No. 280 OF 2015 By George Odhiambo Ayuko, of P.O. Box 17, Damjambili in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilion Ayuko Ojuok alias Kilion Ayuko, who died at South Kapunoja Sub-location, Kisumu, on 12th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
