TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2016 By Winston Were Odeyi Omoya, of P.O. Box 288, Busia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Africanus Odeiy Odula, who died on 2nd November, 2015. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2016 By (1) Butuba W. Ochieng and (2) John 0. Butuba, both of P.O. Box 96, Buhuyi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Obare. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2016 By Aloys David Emeje Omusungu, of P.O. Box 81, Malakisi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Imai Iworet, who died on 1st July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
