CAUSE No. 170 OF 2016 By Hellen Adhiambo Mbusi, the deceased's daughter, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngesa Mbusi, who died on 3rd August, 1998. CAUSE No. 190 OF 2016 By Jacob Odhiambo Gembo, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gembo Ouko alias Gembo Ouko, who died at Nyalunya, on 14th December, 1982. CAUSE No. 193 OF 2016 By (1) Serftha Odeyo Jectone Owiti and (2) Benta Jamba Owiti, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jectone Owiti Otieno alias Jacton Owiti Otieno, who died at Nyawita, Kamakowa, on 29th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 216 OF 2016 By Margaret Auma Odago, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Odago Nyagol alias Benedicto Odago, who died on 12th March, 1988. CAUSE No. 217 OF 2016 By (1) Jenipher Achieng Oluoch and (2) Musa Owuor Omollo, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Okun Olima, who died on 12th July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
