TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 254 OF 2015 By Widen Wanyonyi WaYong'o, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Bilasio Wayong'o Nabiswa, who died at Bokoli Health Centre, on 25th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2016 By Bonfentuty Juma Ashihundu, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Shiundu Mwisukha alias Shuhundu Musukha, who died at Tongaren, on 2nd July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
