TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 251 OF 2016 By (1) Eshimuli Lomah Amunga and (2) Victoria Khasoa Amunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Chongo Bukhalana, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Box 29, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaula Musyimi Syovo, who died at Machakos, on 15th September, 1980.
