TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2016 By Stephen Gitau Thuku, of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deeased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Ruguru Gitau, who died on Ilth September, 1977. CAUSE No. 107 of 2016 By Mary Nyakinyua Kagumba, of P.O. Box 14645-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewis Ndirangu Kingori, who died at Ngara, on 3rd September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
